Pamulak Marketplace – Refund & Return Policy

We work hard to ensure safe and fair trades for all gamers. If something goes wrong, you may be eligible for a refund or return based on the rules below. All cases are reviewed individually, using evidence from both buyer and seller.

1. How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Contact the seller first to try resolving the issue.
  2. If no agreement is reached, open a Pamulak Dispute or contact our 24/7 Support.
  3. Claims must be made within the seller's warranty period (or any extended warranty purchased).
  4. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the case is resolved.

Refund Method:

  • Approved refunds are credited to your Pamulak Wallet Balance by default.
  • You may use the balance for another purchase or request a direct refund to your original payment method by contacting our Support team.

Return Method:

  • Digital goods cannot be physically returned, but in certain cases (like account transfers), the seller may request the account or item to be restored in original condition before issuing a refund.
  • Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be processed as above.

2. Accounts

Refund/Return Eligible if:

  • Order not delivered on time.
  • Wrong login details.
  • Missing promised full access (e.g., cannot change email).
  • Significantly different from the listing description, and you have not:
    • Changed credentials
    • Played on the account
    • Made purchases
    • Resold the account

Not Eligible if:

  • Bought by mistake but delivered correctly.
  • You altered or used the account before filing a claim.
  • Banned due to your own actions.
  • Proof posted outside Pamulak disputes.
  • Purchased outside Pamulak Marketplace.

3. Items & Coins

Refund/Return Eligible if:

  • Full order not delivered within the guaranteed time.
  • Only partially delivered and not completed in time.
  • Items/coins caused account issues due to undisclosed fraudulent activity.

Not Eligible if:

  • Not bought on Pamulak.
  • Delivery time has not expired.
  • Wrong delivery details given by buyer.
  • Items/coins traded away before dispute.
  • Banned due to disclosed risks.

4. Important Notes

  • ⚠️Always keep all transaction-related communication on Pamulak for protection.
  • ⚠️Refunds and returns are only processed through our official system.
  • ⚠️Abuse of this policy may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.
  • ⚠️Digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered and confirmed as described.
